God-led

I'm reading this great little Alban article about listening for where God is leading the church, and I think, here's the issue.  Without a sense of "God," however - even humanistically - conceived, how would we conceive of leadership except as one person's idea and then another's.  So then, this question of leadership is a question of faith formation.
